Menorca's "Pronostica" Festival of Contemporary Creation

The 22 and 23 August, in Es Claustre, Mahón, Menorca

The objective behind Pronostica will be a presentation of useful alternatives in the development of contemporary society. The intention of the festival is to share new models of action and thinking with the public, models that are founded upon ideas of ecology and solidarity.

 "If the Sea is the Earth's unconscious, each person is an island springing forth from the abyss."

"If the Sea is the Earth's unconscious, the water's surface, illuminated by the Sun, is consciousness. Consciousness that moves ceaselessly. The waves that lap at the shore are our discovery of the world."

The film is a medium-length work of experimental cinema, a "video-meditation" on the movement of waves and the nature of the mind, accompanied by an original score of music composed by Tomás Garrido expressly for the film.
