These packages are returned to sender after the customer fails to retrieve them at the postal service or delivery point within the established time limit.
Upon our receipt and acceptance of the returned package, AMAPOLA FORMENTERA will contact the customer in order to re-ship the order if the product is still available or will effectuate the reimbursement, the customer deciding which course of action to take.
AMAPOLA FORMENTERA reserves the right to proceed to direct reimbursement in lieu of a new shipment should numerous unclaimed shipments already exist for the same customer.
Cause of package return: “REFUSED”
These packages are returned if at the moment of delivery, the customer refused the package.
Upon our receipt and acceptance of the returned package, the customer's account will be credited within 72 hours with a voucher.
It is possible to request a cancelation of the voucher and reimbursement in “CUSTOMER CARE”.
In cases of returned packages due to “RECIPIENT UNKNOWN”, “ABSENT/NOTIFIED”, “REFUSED”, AMAPOLA FORMENTERA does not guarantee the reservation of the ordered products and may be obliged to proceed to a product reimbursement in the case that the article(s) are no longer available.
