This necklace draws its inspiration from fish scales, the hammered shape and texture suggest the iris light of scales. Each element is attached to the next, allowing for a maximum freedom of movement, increasing thus the piece's luminosity and lightness. These can also suggest flower petals, or plant motifs from classical jewelry (Greek and Roman). They remind me of geranium petals or butterfly wings too.
